Mike DeBoer, Executive Director
Mike came to IdRaHaJe in 1996 as a camp intern, and has served as the Executive Director since 2010. He felt a clear call to camp ministry during college and has stayed committed to the ministry because he loves to see God open the hearts of campers to Himself. Prior to becoming the executive director, Mike served in many roles at IdRaHaJe: Mountain Lab School Assistant, Narrow Way Expeditions Supervisor and Operations Director. Mike has a BA in Biology and a MS in Outdoor Education. He has been married to his amazing wife, Amber, for over 23 years. When not at camp, he enjoys building things and being outdoors.
