Each September, IdRaHaJe dedicates two days for fire mitigation. Our goal is to limit fire danger, get rid of beetle kill trees, thin the forest to keep it healthy and stock up firewood for staff houses. We need folks to help cut trees, split wood, haul wood out of the forest, trim branches and haul the slash. We also need people to distribute snacks, water and encourage the workers. This is an event the whole family can enjoy and help IdRaHaJe at the same time!
Stay tuned for future Woodcutting Days!
